INCYLENCE RECO® PRIDE V1
With the PRIDE socks we wanted to celebrate diversity and use the INCYLENCE DNA to connect people. This should have been done with our RECO® socks out of 65% recycled yarns; so far so good. Unfortunately, we found that there were issues with production so that a considerable number of socks have small visual mistakes with threads popping out from the seam. The quality in terms of functionality, performance and comfort is not affected, however the visual mistakes do not match our high expectations for INCYLENCE products.
Instead of getting a 100% refund from our manufacturer and destroying the products, we decided to launch the socks anyway and offer them to you for a drastically reduced price of 10€. As a brand always looking to improve sustainability, we didn't consider a different option as we're aware of our responsibility towards resources. Instead we’d like to encourage you to take your nail scissors, get rid of the threads and enjoy the INCYLENCE quality.
